Who we are
Little Arrows is a student-founded nonprofit organization committed to fighting human trafficking through education, advocacy, and strategic collaboration with healthcare professionals and local communities.
Our mission is rooted in the belief that awareness is the first step toward action. Trafficking is often hidden in plain sight, and many victims go unnoticed even when they interact with professionals in settings like hospitals, schools, and social services. At Little Arrows, we strive to bridge that gap by equipping everyday people especially those in healthcare with the tools and knowledge to recognize the signs and respond safely and compassionately.
We focus on working closely with clinics and healthcare providers, offering support to help them identify red flags and understand how to approach potential victims with trauma informed care. Our team advocates for ongoing training opportunities for nurses, doctors, and medical students, and we help build secure, trusted referral networks so that victims who come into contact with the healthcare system can be connected to the right support without fear or judgment.
In addition to our healthcare outreach, Little Arrows also leads school and community education initiatives. We organize awareness events, create educational materials, and facilitate conversations around prevention, consent, and safety. By involving students and young people in this mission, we’re raising up a generation that is not only informed, but also empowered to make a difference.
The name Little Arrows reflects our core belief: that even small actions, when pointed in the right direction, can have a powerful impact. Whether it's a poster in a clinic bathroom, a student-led workshop, or a life-saving referral made by a nurse every arrow counts.
Together, we can shine a light on hidden injustice and guide survivors toward healing, hope, and freedom.
